Got to fly over the middle of the Westgate Bridge the other day.
Lunar Surface
Got the lend of a great little camera from Nikon Australia recently. The Nikon P900 has an incredible 83X optical zoom. That equates to the equivalent of a 24-2000 mm zoom lens. There's nothing else like it on the market. Here are a few shots that I took tonight of an amazing full moon.
Baxter the Wonder Dog
Baxter was my best little helper in the garden today.
Micro Mushies
Found these today hiding in the corner of my garden.

Victorian Landscape Photographer of the Year 2015 - Runner UP
I found out today that I am the 2015 Victorian Professional Landscape Photographer of the Year runner up. I was fortunate to receive a Gold Distinction, a Gold and five Silver medals in the Victorian Professional Photography Awards. I'm chuffed. I finally managed to claim the illusive gold award ............ twice.
Smoke
Took this using the smoke from a couple of incense sticks.
Let there be light.
Took this shot in my studio for one of my 365 project images.
Melbourne's Pink Lake
This weird pink coloured salt lake is located right under the iconic Westgate Bridge in Port Melbourne.
A study in minimalism.
On January 1st I started another 365 project. Basically my intention is to take and upload at least one image very day for a year. These daily images will be posted to my Facbook and Instagram pages. Here are a couple from the collection so far. Happy New Year everyone.
Featured as one of Capture Magazines Emerging Photographers of the year.
Just found out that I have been featured in Capture Magazines "The Annual" as one of Australia's top emerging photographers of 2014. Out of the 6 images that I submitted with my portfolio this is the image that is featured in the magazine.
St Petersburg Exhibition
If any of you are in East Melbourne over the next week slip into the Victorian Artist Society @ 430 Albert Street, East Melbourne and check out my St Petersburg exhibition . Myself along with two other photographers Sharon Walker and John Tozer travelled to St Petersburg back in 2012. The exhibition is called "St Petersburg Uncovered - Three Melbourne Photographers - Three Interpretations. Here are a couple of shots from the exhibition opening last night.
A perfect day for flying.
After some recent very cold and wintery weather, yesterday, after a cold start was perfect for a flight around Melbourne's CBD and far outer suburbs.
