In order to push myself creatively I have decided to take the on challenge of doing a weekly photographic project with a new theme each week. Not sure how long I’ll do it for but I’m up for the challenge. This weeks Self Project #1 is “Cataract Gorge”. I’ve taken many photographs here over the years but thought it was fitting to start this challenge in such a magnificent part of Launceston. It was a cold start at 7am, around 1 degree celsius but walking under clear blue skies with morning sunshine and stunning scenery I soon warmed up. Great to see so many people out and about enjoying the new more relaxed social distancing restrictions. We love Cataract Gorge and it is one of the many reasons why we moved to Launceston coming up to three years ago.
