For my week #2 self project I decided to photograph a local phenomon in Launceston …… strange little garages. Many of the houses in Launceston were built over 100 years ago so cars weren’t the priority they are today. Even 50 years ago housing your family car wasn’t a huge priority hence the very small detached garges seen today in and around Launceston. It is almost like the garages was an afterthought or a later addition. So different from the spacious and salubrious garages of today’s modern homes.
